Terms and Deposit

We specialize in longer term stays; enquiries about reduced rates for extended stays are most welcome. Note that when you stay longer than one night, our rates per night go down!

We ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit within 7 days to confirm a booking, with the remainder due 2 weeks before your arrival.

Direct deposits are preferred, but we do accept credit card payments. Personal cheques are acceptable too. If paying from overseas, please contact us, as we can give you advice on how to keep the cost of bank transfers down.
